1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "777ae" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting services operated under the domain 777ae.net, including all subdomains and associated mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a 777ae account or is accessing the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the 777ae registration process.

3. Account Registration & One Account Policy

To access real-money Services at 777ae, you must register a Player account. The following rules govern account creation and management:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active 777ae account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 777ae reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances without notice.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777ae are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Methods: 777ae accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods and minimum transaction amounts are displayed in your account Cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: JazzCash and Easypaisa minimum deposit is Rs 200. Bank transfers require a minimum of Rs 1,000. USDT TRC20 minimum deposit is 10 USDT. These thresholds may be revised by 777ae at its discretion.
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within 30–90 minutes of approval. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within one hour. Bank transfers are processed within 2–6 hours on business days. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and internal fraud review.
• Withdrawal to Originating Method: 777ae operates an anti-money-laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. Exceptions may be granted at 777ae's discretion upon documented request.
• Currency: 777ae accounts operate in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as the primary display currency for Players in Pakistan. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 777ae does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
• Transaction Fees: 777ae does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are outside 777ae's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

777ae may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated as repeatable.
• 777ae reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that rights already accrued by a Player in good faith will not be retroactively removed.
• If 777ae reasonably suspects that a Player is abusing a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play — 777ae reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the account.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds beyond the stated maximum win cap, if any, will not be credited or processed for withdrawal.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 777ae are subject to their respective published game rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable game rules before wagering. The following general principles apply across all 777ae game categories:

• Slot games, RNG table games, and instant-win titles are supplied by licensed third-party software providers whose RNG systems are independently certified. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of publication and are based on long-run statistical expectations, not individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios. All dealer interactions are recorded. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-round, the hand or spin will be settled according to the game provider's published disconnection policy.

• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are not valid and will be removed from the Player's balance.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with 777ae's payment providers while retaining benefits derived from the disputed funds.

8. Responsible Gaming

777ae is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player base. The following tools and policies apply to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a cooling period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may activate a temporary access restriction of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cool-off period, the Player may not deposit, wager, or claim bonuses on 777ae.

11. Amendments to These Terms

777ae reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or to address a security vulnerability, in which case the change may take effect immediately. Continued use of 777ae Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the amended Terms, they should cease using 777ae Services and contact support to close their account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ae is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through 777ae's customer support shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Players located in Pakistan may raise disputes in writing to 777ae's support team, who will endeavour to respond and resolve the matter within 14 business days. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory consumer rights to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract under applicable law.
